Sowing the Seeds: An Evening at the Nature Center
Join Partners of Parks for Sowing the Seeds, an unforgettable evening celebrating the people, programs, and partnerships that help make Long Beach parks and recreation stronger.
Set against the beautiful backdrop of El Dorado Nature Center, guests will enjoy a special Golden Hour gathering filled with great food, live entertainment, and community. Indulge in hors d’oeuvres from local Long Beach favorites, craft beer and California wine, and sweet treats from Butter + Cream Bakery while enjoying live music from the talented Jazz Angels.
The evening will also feature exciting live and silent auctions, including the opportunity to take home an original piece of artwork by celebrated local artists Bob Senske or Former PRM Director Brent Dennis.
Most importantly, Sowing the Seeds is an opportunity to come together and celebrate those who have contributed so much to Long Beach parks, programs, services, and the work of Partners of Parks. This year we are dedicating part of the funds raised by sowing the seeds back to the El Dorado Nature Center in an effort to ensure the Nature Center stays open on Tuesdays. Help us beat back budget woes with this fun special evening!
